Whether you’re new to dance or have lots of experience, Age of Grace is a dance group for the over 50's, offering a fun, relaxed, and thoroughly enjoyable hour of dance every Thursday. It's ideal for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and mobility or learn new routines to a variety of music while meeting new people.

Amy’s love of dance began at the tender age of 4 when she danced around the lounge and put on endless shows for her long-suffering parents. She now has two decades of training and experience, working in the community and schools to deliver dance and drama sessions. This class is one of the highlights of her week!
